Work In Progres

There hasn't been any snow yet unfortunately, so in case I am not able to film a snow lapse..... I will simply film it snowing outside of a window and project that onto my window/screen.  I will then also film a fire that I create outside in the darkness and project that onto another screen/fire place giving the allusion of a nice cabin in the middle of the winter sitting around a nice fire.

I will test out three different devices in recording the time lapse(hopefully):

Option 1:  GoPro

Option 2:  Nikon D40

Option 3: Iphone

Weather

Attempts to start filming have been delayed due to the absence of snow in the forecast the last week but.........

Still to be determined:  How I will position the sheets of mylar so that they can easily be maneuvered.

Inspirtations

The tenth sentiment was inspirational because of the audience's engagement in the work.  I do not want to simply project an unchangeable object on a surface but instead want to give the audience the change to connect and change the work to their liking.

Paul Sharits piece was also inspirational due to the constant flux of change it is in.  I want my audience to have the option to change the perspective of the image/ images to their liking.
